Position Overview
As a Social Media Manager at Highlands Socials, you will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing our clients' digital footprints. Your role will entail developing effective social media strategies, managing various social media platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure maximum engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and respond to audience inquiries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance data and report on metrics, finding insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as creatives and marketers, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Monitor industry trends, social media platform updates, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Develop promotional campaigns in conjunction with product launches and seasonal events.
- Conduct social media audits to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and profitability.
- Establish and maintain influencer partnerships for cross-promotional opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on social media performance and ongoing strategy refinement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (3-5 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media advertising strategies.
